In a proud achievement for Rijhu Nath Choudhary Public School, Mahuatand, Gomia, two young students have been selected to represent Bokaro District in the Sub-Junior Girls Kho-Kho Team at the upcoming 20th State Level Sub-Junior Kho-Kho Championship.
The selected students are:
- Anushka Kumari – Class II
- Reshma Kumari – Class IV
Both players will represent Bokaro district at the prestigious championship scheduled to be held from 10 July to 12 July 2026 at Rajrappa Stadium, Ramgarh, Jharkhand.
The announcement of their selection brought immense joy and excitement across the school campus. The school management, teachers, and students congratulated both players and wished them success in the state-level competition.
Speaking on the occasion, In-Charge Principal Mr. Navneet Kumar expressed his pride, stating that the achievement is a matter of great honor for the entire school community. He emphasized that the school is committed not only to academic excellence but also to the holistic development of students. Equal importance is given to sports and co-curricular activities, enabling students to discover and showcase their talents.
He also appreciated the dedication and hard work of the school’s sports coaches, Ms. Shikha Kumari and Mr. Sanjay Kumar, whose disciplined training and continuous guidance have helped students achieve success at district and state levels. He expressed confidence that many more students from the school will continue to bring laurels to the institution, the region, and the district in the future.
School Secretary Mr. Dhaneshwar Mahato congratulated the selected students and described their achievement as a source of inspiration for the entire school community. He wished both players outstanding success in the championship and expressed confidence that they would make both Bokaro district and the school proud through their performance.
